Hi All, I have managed to resolve the issue.

Here is what steps, I took.

1) Uninstalled any signs of Virtualization SW

2) Rebooted

3) Removed Hyper-V role

4) Repaired the Windows Phone 8 SDK Installation

5) Rebooted

6) Then started VS 2012 and created a new WP8 App and tried to run it.
It failed. This was intentionally done.

7) Now Installed Hyper-V got installed as part of the Repair Process without any issues

Now again ran the Project –> Still failed

Now checked out Networks –> Did not see the Hyper-V Switch setup

I went to Hyper-V Manager and manually created a Windows Phone 8 Internal Switch

9) Kawa Banga!! It worked

Hope this helps someone out there who run into similar issues
